Shaggy and shag pile rugs have a long, dense pile that feels soft and cushioned underfoot, and suit spaces where comfort matters most — beside a bed or under a coffee table. Carved pile rugs create their pattern through raised and recessed pile rather than printed colour, giving a subtle geometric or wavy texture that holds up well in busier rooms. Runners and door mats are made for hallways, kitchens and entrances, with ribbed surfaces and rubber backings that trap dirt and moisture.

Anti-slip backing features on most of the range, helping the rug stay put on hard flooring and reducing movement underfoot.

Sizing: as a rule, a living room rug should sit under at least the front legs of your seating, and a bedroom rug should extend far enough past the bed to land on when you get up. Measure your space before ordering and allow a clear border around the edges.
